We use fresh ingredients when possible - so you'll only find our rhubarb and custard blondies when the rhubarb is growing in the garden! Eggs are sourced locally and we use local Cornish dairies for milk and cream.
All our baking is done at home in our kitchen so we're not a huge bakery and select the traybakes we'll do each week based on ingredient availability.
If you have any food allergies, we recommend that you contact us to enquire about allergens. Cakes and cupcakes, brownies, blondies, traybakes all contain eggs, milk, gluten (wheat flour).
We use nuts in many bakes so if you have a nut allergy, although we take care with our bakes, our products may not be suitable for you. We have a limited range of bakes that may be suitable for those with allergies or intolerances to glutens or milk. Please see below for allergens in our bakes.

All cupcakes contain eggs, cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk. Additionally, chocolate cupcakes contain soya; coffee and praline cupcakes contain tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts).
All chocolate brownies contain eggs, cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk, soya. Additionally peanut crunch brownies contain peanuts; salted caramel and pecan brownies contain pecans (tree nuts).
All blondies contain eggs, cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk, soya, Additionally cherry and almond blondies contain tree nuts (almonds and sulphites); caramelised biscuit blondies contain additional soya.
All millionaire's shortbreads contain cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk, soya.
Flapjacks: cereals containing gluten. Nutty flapjacks also contain tree nuts; chocolate flapjacks also contain milk and soya.
Scones: eggs, cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk
Chocolate tart: eggs, cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk, soya
Citron tart: eggs, cereals containing gluten (wheat), milk, soya
Macarons: egg whites, tree nuts (almonds), soya in chocolate ganache fillings and decoration.
Many bakes just don't work well by simply swapping a wheat based flour for a gluten free one, but we can offer some delicious alternatives. Please note all products may contain traces of nuts.
